Expertise as coordinator at the launch of industrial clusters and in the economic and territorial development has been acummulated with these projects:

REINDUSTRIALIZATION: Director «spear-industry» Four years in the area of influence of the nuclear power center “Garoña” and the island of El Hierro, with the mentoring and coaching of new industrial plants and utilities.
BUSINESS INCUBATORS: between 2012 and 2013, has focused on the implementation of a network of incubators for entrepreneurs in rural areas, promoting cooperation strategies between inhabitants of the target areas and using local resources.
BUSINESS ANGELS: mentor in 2014 of new business projects with the launch of the network of investors linked to the area of influence of the nuclear power Garoña.

Professional Experience

After passing through an SME auxiliary automotive industry designing electronic control systems and the experience as economic and technical Auditor of an importer and manufacturer of agricultural equipment, he joined a private technology center service companies play different positions in the last 17 year for a number of clients from multinationals to SMEs, micro enterprises and family businesses, serving more than 350 cases of specific problems of enterprise development.
He developed different teams as Sales Director, National Programs Dtor R & D, Dtor of International Programs, Innovation Manager, Dtor. Dept. Technology Transfer results to companies. He is Managing Partner of a consulting Territorial Rural Development and Founder of several networks of Business Angels.
